Data Center Operations 

Location: Metro Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: Field & Office)
Reports To: COO
Compensation: Base Salary DOE + Bonus | Car & Travel Allowance

We have a dedicated Data Center Cleaning Division and are seeking an experienced industry professional to lead, build, and certify this operation. This role is ideal for someone with deep, hands-on experience in data center cleaning, contamination control, and compliance who wants full ownership and executive visibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and build a new data center cleaning division from the ground up

  • Own data center standards, certifications, and compliance (CDCCP, ISO, ASHRAE, ESD)

  • Develop SOPs, safety protocols, and quality control programs

  • Train and lead field teams in mission-critical environments

  • Serve as the technical expert and client-facing authority

  • Partner with executive leadership and sales to support growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in data center cleaning or contamination control

  • Strong knowledge of cleanroom protocols, airflow, particulate control, and ESD

  • Experience leading certifications or compliance programs in data center environments

  • Proven ability to lead teams and implement scalable operations

  • Strong communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders
