Johnson Service Group is seeking Data Center-Production Equipment Technicians for Day Shift and Swing Shift  for contract positions that may go full-time depending on performance.

Our client is growing fast and ramping up production!

Payrate Day  $26.50 per hour
Payrate Swing $28.00
Hours:  Day Shift: 6:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
Hours:  Swing Shift:  3:35 p.m. - 12:05 a.m.

Responsibilities:
 

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production tools and equipment.
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Work with vendors to resolve equipment issues.
• Build, install, and set up tools and equipment for production.
• Support the Process Engineering team with projects and programs.
• Maintain maintenance records, tooling logs, and asset documentation.
• Order parts and supplies needed for equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Provide daily technical support to production teams.
• Recommend tooling or equipment improvements with Production and Engineering teams.
• Train production staff on equipment use when needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related experience with an associate’s degree, or 4+ years of hands-on experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong mechanical and hands-on skills.
• Basic understanding of electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and work with small precision tools.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
