Required:

  • Education/Certification:
    • High School Diploma/GED
    • Obtain and retain required product certifications/licenses
  • 5 years of experience in project/program management within security, fire alarm, or construction environments
  • Strong understanding of Division 28 systems (CCTV, access control, life safety systems)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with material management, procurement workflows, and inventory tracking
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-visibility, mission-critical environments
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Excel, or similar)

Preferences:

  • Experience in commercial or mission-critical environments

Responsibilities:

  • Lead mission-critical projects from initiation through closeout
  • Ensure successful delivery of life safety and security systems across high-priority deployments
  • Combine program-level strategy with hands-on project execution focused on schedule certainty, material readiness, quality assurance, and customer alignment
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects including design coordination, material procurement, provisioning, installation, and closeout
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with a focus on schedule adherence, cost control, and quality execution
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and proactively mitigate risks and constraints
  • Ensure full visibility and control of material flow, inventory tracking, and provisioning readiness
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between PMO, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Field Teams
  • Oversee documentation including RFIs, change orders, permits, and closeout packages
  • Identify, track, and manage project constraints and risks
  • Support change order development, scope management, and customer communication
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to internal stakeholders and customers on project status, risks, and financials
  • Act as a leader and mentor within the team, driving accountability and continuous improvement
  • Support program-level strategy including scalability, process improvement, and operational efficiency
