Required:
- Education/Certification:

- High School Diploma/GED
- Obtain and retain required product certifications/licenses
- 5 years of experience in project/program management within security, fire alarm, or construction environments
- Strong understanding of Division 28 systems (CCTV, access control, life safety systems)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Experience with material management, procurement workflows, and inventory tracking
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-visibility, mission-critical environments
- Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Excel, or similar)
Preferences:
- Experience in commercial or mission-critical environments
Responsibilities:
- Lead mission-critical projects from initiation through closeout
- Ensure successful delivery of life safety and security systems across high-priority deployments
- Combine program-level strategy with hands-on project execution focused on schedule certainty, material readiness, quality assurance, and customer alignment
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects including design coordination, material procurement, provisioning, installation, and closeout
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with a focus on schedule adherence, cost control, and quality execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and proactively mitigate risks and constraints
- Ensure full visibility and control of material flow, inventory tracking, and provisioning readiness
- Drive cross-functional alignment between PMO, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Field Teams
- Oversee documentation including RFIs, change orders, permits, and closeout packages
- Identify, track, and manage project constraints and risks
- Support change order development, scope management, and customer communication
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements
- Provide clear and consistent communication to internal stakeholders and customers on project status, risks, and financials
- Act as a leader and mentor within the team, driving accountability and continuous improvement
- Support program-level strategy including scalability, process improvement, and operational efficiency
