The QA/QC Manager ensures reliability, quality, and readiness of complex data center projects from design through turnover.

What you'll do…
- Implement and oversee the site QA/QC program in alignment with the approved QA/QC Plan.
- Act as the primary quality liaison with project teams, clients, contractors, and commissioning partners.
- Participate in OAC, site coordination, logistics, and commissioning meetings.
- Lead QA/QC inspections, testing, audits, and verification activities through L5 commissioning.
- Review and manage quality documentation including submittals, shop drawings, SOOs, SOPs, and inspection records.
- Coordinate quality oversight for owner-furnished and contractor-furnished equipment, including delivery and logistics.
- Partner with MEP, commissioning, and operations teams to identify risks and prevent defects.
- Ensure compliance with site safety plans and quality standards.
- Delegate QA/QC tasks, track progress, and report status to project leadership.
- Support training related to project infrastructure, systems, and quality requirements.
You should have...
- Technical background in data center engineering or construction with 5+ years of experience supporting data center facilities.
- Strong ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, MEP scopes, schedules, system schematics, and sequences of operations.
- Experience developing and managing Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and other project procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes across all trades, including means and methods, materials, installation practices, and tolerances.
- Experience using project management and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
- Strong organizational, time management, and performance management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively engage with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qualifications
- Familiarity with NETA standards and testing guidelines.
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), including environmental controls and electrical power management systems.
- Working knowledge of access control, CCTV, and low-voltage systems.
- Experience using advanced scheduling and assessment tools such as DCMA 14 or similar methodologies.
- Understanding broader project management principles and best practices in mission-critical environments.
