We’re looking for an experienced all-trades Site Superintendent to lead complex construction projects in mission-critical and telecom environments. In this role, you’ll oversee subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and above expectations.

What you’ll do:
Lead daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors/vendors - The location of each project will vary, but each project is consecutive and lasts about 3 years - this role is not based in VA. Many of the projects are East Coast or the Midwest, some on the East Coast
Manage project schedules, risks, and safety standards
Develop and execute MOPs/SOPs for live critical systems
Build strong client relationships and ensure quality delivery

What we’re looking for:
8–10+ years in construction leadership with at least 5 years of experience in data center or mission-critical environments
Nice to have: Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, Trades School, or equivalent
Proven ability to manage complex projects and solve problems on-site
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Compensation:

· Ranging anywhere from $160k - $185k base salary, depending on experience, plus lucrative annual bonus
