Title: ICT Svc Delivery Technician
Bill Rate: $25-27/HR on W2
Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm with some expected overtime
1 week per month of on-call
- 2 hrs paid on Sat and Sun
- If called in, paid for hours worked
Location: 2993 Irving Boulevard, Dallas TX
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
Candidate will be working in a Data Center
This role involves a lot of walking
Candidate will need to be able to lift at least 30 lbs
Team Overview:
This is a team environment but will be expected to also work independently.
They will report to an on-site supervisor
Resource's typical working day:
Racking and stacking hardware
Running cables
Check for service tickets
Pulling servers
Powering servers
Adding Memory to a server
Must Have Skills:
Must be reliable
Replacing hardware in a server (PC)
This is highly focused on the "hands and feet" work with the servers
Running cables
Nice to have skills:
Data Center certifications
Specific Data Center experience
Ability to work well with others
Can take directions
Soft Skills:
Client facing role, so high level of professionalism and good customer service
Years of Experience:
At least 1 year experience
Education
H.S. diploma or GED
Software skills:
Excel experience is a plus
Microsoft Office suite
ServiceNow is a plus
