Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Data Center Technicians to support large-scale AI infrastructure deployments for a leading enterprise environment. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience working in live data centers and can operate independently in fast-paced, high-performance environments
Requirements
- Perform rack and stack of servers, storage, and networking equipment
- Install and manage structured cabling (fiber and copper)
- Troubleshoot hardware issues (drives, memory, power supplies, network connectivity)
- Support data center deployments, migrations, and upgrades
- Work with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking
- Follow operational procedures and safety standards
✅ Required Qualifications
- 2–8+ years of hands-on data center experience
- Strong experience with rack/stack and cabling
- Hardware troubleshooting experience in production environments
- Experience working in:
- Enterprise data centers OR
- Colocation facilities (Equinix, Digital Realty, etc.) OR
- Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP operations)
- Ability to work onsite and in physically demanding environments (lifting, cabling, etc.)
⭐ Qualifications
- Linux fundamentals (basic CLI, system checks)
- Exposure to networking (switches, patching, VLAN basics)
- Experience supporting large-scale or hyperscale environments
- Experience with GPU servers or high-performance computing (HPC) environments
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar)
