Data Center Technician (m/w/d)

Job Description

• Your main task is to continuously monitor the technical infrastructure of the data center to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• You will carry out preventive maintenance measures to prevent technical faults and system failures.
• You ensure that the service level agreements (SLAs) agreed with customers are always adhered to.
• You ensure that all internal procedures are carried out in accordance with defined processes and in line with legal requirements and best practices.
• You are responsible for coordinating external service providers and suppliers and monitor their activities directly on site.
