A Top Tier UK and European Construction Contractor now require the services of an experienced Construction Director to deliver a £500million+ iconic major project.

This Construction Director will bridge the gap between corporate leadership and site operations, managing multiple large-scale packages and developments, senior staff, and handling client relationships.

Key indicates and responsibilities of the role include:

- Strategic leadership and high-level operational oversight across one of the companies iconic projects
- Driving operational performance, streamlining pre-construction and delivery processes
- Ensure all projects are completed safely, to a high quality, on schedule, and within budget, while supporting corporate growth
- Oversee the planning, execution, and logistical requirements of multiple complex construction packages simultaneously
- Direct, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of senior personnel from operations, commercial, design, H&S and planning
- Lead high-value contract negotiations with clients, sub-contractors, and legal teams
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage financial, legal, and operational risks
