Project Manager - Building Management Systems (BMS)\n\nSlough\n\n£65,000 - £75,000 Basic + Bonus + Car + Training + Technical Progression + Pension + Healthcare\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Building Management Systems (BMS) to lead the delivery of projects across commercial and industrial environments. This role is responsible for managing projects from design and planning through to commissioning and handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage end-to-end delivery of BMS projects, including HVAC controls, integration, upgrades, and new installations\nCoordinate internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders\nDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource plans\nOversee system design reviews, technical submissions, and documentation\nEnsure compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and health & safety requirements\nMonitor project progress, manage variations, and report on performance\nSupport commissioning, testing, and final handover to the client\nIdentify opportunities for efficiency improvements and value engineering \n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\nProven experience managing BMS / Building Automation projects\nStrong understanding of HVAC systems, control strategies, and system integration\nExperience working with common BMS platforms (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, or similar)\nExcellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and control schematics\nStrong commercial awareness, including cost control and contract management \n\nQualifications ()\n\nDegree or diploma in Engineering, Building Services, or a related field\nProject management qualification (e.g.
