Role Overview
The Data Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the firm's digital infrastructure supports accurate, efficient, and secure data operations. This position bridges technical proficiency with administrative support, enabling smoother case management and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Integrity
Import, sanitize, validate, and export data across firm databases and case management systems.
Reconcile data from multiple sources to identify inconsistencies or anomalies, and correct them effectively. (Heartland for Children, elsejob.com)
Generate periodic charts, reports, and visual dashboards to support internal analysis. (Heartland for Children)
Litigation Support & Document Processing
