Skillforce is hiring experienced Data Center Engineers and Tradespeople with HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing backgrounds to support critical liquid cooling system maintenance and repair at data centers in Santa Clara, CA. This hands-on role involves maintaining and replacing key components such as circulation pumps and swivel joints on high-density cooling doors. The work is fast-paced and technical, requiring strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Projects are ongoing, with each site typically lasting 3 to 7 weeks. Pay ranges from $30 to $40 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replace circulation pumps on liquid cooling units.
• Replace swivel joints on DCD (door-mounted cooling) panels.
• Isolate doors, drain and refill coolant loops, disassemble and reassemble components.
• Top off fluid at DCP units and verify proper system operation.
• Follow safety and operational procedures for handling pressurized fluids and high-density equipment.
• Document work completed and support service requests.

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical and plumbing background, preferably with industrial or data center experience.
• Comfortable working in high-density technical environments with strict safety protocols.
• Ability to follow detailed technical procedures and work collaboratively in small teams.
• Experience with liquid cooling systems or facility mechanical systems is a plus.
• Flexible and available to work on multi-week assignments in Santa Clara, CA, without per diem assistance.
• Currently have OSHA10 and aerial lift certification.
