This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, high-spec environment — no two days will be the same.\n Perfect for an electrically qualified engineer, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a company that invests in its people, offers strong career progression, and values technical expertise.\n \nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nElectrical Systems: Lighting installs, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballasts, control panels, power distribution\nMechanical Equipment: Pumps, motors, seals, bearings, basic HVAC\nHVAC & Plant: AHUs, FCUs, emergency lighting, air conditioning units\nMonitoring Systems: Chillers (resets), BMS (hot/cold trends), UPS systems\nTeamwork: Collaborate with a large, supportive onsite engineering team\nService Delivery: Ensure smooth building operations and top-tier tenant services\nYour Work Pattern:\nShifts: 4 days on, 4 days off\nHours: 07:00 – 19:00\nWhat’s in It for You?
