Pay: $22–$30/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM
We’re looking for a DC Power Engineer to join our team in Gastonia, NC! This is a full-time, office-based position supporting telecommunications, utility, and data center projects. You’ll handle documentation, coordination, and troubleshooting for DC power systems. Occasional site visits for observation only — no hands-on fieldwork.Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DC Power systems.
• Create and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Support project planning, customer communication, and data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Recommend process improvements and assist with training as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of DC Power or technical experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (GIS a plus)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
