We've got an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Engineer for an Electrical Engineer to work within a critical environment based in East London! This is standout role if your're looking to avoid commuting to London, receive on High Voltage (HV) training, progress further within the company and work in a data centre!

This is a static, shift position (Continental shift pattern)

As an Electrical Engineer, you will ensure all PPM and reactive maintenance is carried out on mechanical and electrical plant equipment, troubleshoot, fault find and diagnose, assist in site shutdowns / black outs, work on critical equipment, update logbooks and liaise with contractors.

Electrical Engineer (Data Centre) Duties:

PPMs & Reactive maintenance
Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation
Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
Organising subcontractors
Completing logbooks and RAMS
Reports
Permits to work
Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
Electrical Engineer (Data Centre) Requirements:

City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or higher in Electrical installations / Engineering 
Electrical regulations 
5 years experience within building services 
Experience within critical environments / critical equipment 
Great M&E equipment knowledge
Salary and Package:

£50,000 - £53,000 per annum 
Continental shift pattern, day and night shift 
High Voltage training provided
Parking on site 
20 days annual leave 
On-going training 
Overtime available 
Internal progression
