£30,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £45,000+)

Hybrid - Central London (Mondays & Fridays WFH)

The Company

Ark Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing international media and events business delivering high-level conferences, executive networking forums and investment-led events across global telecoms, technology and digital infrastructure markets.

Their conferences and forums bring together senior executives, investors, infrastructure funds and decision-makers from across telecoms, technology and digital infrastructure sectors.

The Role

Working across three flagship annual events, you will manage delegate acquisition campaigns from prospecting through to close while becoming closely involved in wider event delivery and planning. You will work closely with production, marketing and commercial teams and become an integrated part of the wider events function.

The role offers genuine exposure to how international conferences are developed, marketed and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive delegate revenue and audience growth across international conference portfolios
  • Generate new paid registrations through outbound business development and relationship-led sales activity
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline across multiple sectors and target accounts
  • Work closely with conference production and marketing teams to maximise campaign performance
  • Become actively involved in production conversations and wider event delivery discussions
  • Develop relationships with senior-level delegates and repeat attendees
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline management
  • Provide campaign feedback, audience insight and market intelligence to wider teams
  • Support the continued growth and expansion of the conference portfolio

About You

  • Minimum 1 year of delegate sales, conference sales or B2B events sales experience
  • Ideally trained within a recognised events, conference or media environment
  • Comfortable managing outbound business development and revenue targets
  • Experience selling conference delegates, subscriptions or commercial event products advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Organised, commercially minded and motivated by achieving results
  • Looking for more than purely transactional sales and interested in becoming part of a wider events team
