Join us and help keep the nations critical networks connected and protected 24/7.\n\nReporting to the Cluster Lead, the successful Delivery Manager will be employed to manage the FTTP build delivery programme for the West Midlands & Warwick area, interfacing between Supervisors and the Project Program team. Responsibilities will include coordinating the Flex and Civils activities and ensuring the activity plan for the PON estimates is efficient.

This is a Hybrid role, and the successful candidate will ideally be based close to Warwick or Birmingham as there are requirements to travel to client meetings in this area.\n\nWhat youll do:\n\nReport daily to the line manager of outputs, problems, issues\n\nProvide updates on a regular basis to works control and noticing department\n\nKeep accurate daily records of works planned and issues encountered, updating SOLO Notes & Project tracker notes.\n\nEnsure all Job Pack Supporting Documents including Box to Box Diagrams and Openreach A537 forms are completed accurately and to specification.\n\nEnsure that all Traffic Management / TTRO requirements are met and recorded.\n\nSet Estimate Required By Dates in line with delivery program\n\nAllocate jobs on SOLO/Connect system to Accredited Resource.\n\nEnsure Estimates follow mandated system progress / RFNA (Ready For Next Activity)\n\nAttend Exchange Mobilisation Meetings and carry out Joint Site Meetings with client and other relevant stakeholders\n\nCompare Build Packs to Survey expectation\n\nCheck Quality of Surveys (% of total) / Walk PON Routes\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nDemonstrable understanding of the Openreach external network.\n\nExtensive Knowledge of Building a PON Telecoms Network preferably on the Openreach Network Fibre Cities.\n\nPreferable experience of SOLO / Connect / CT Mobile / Orion\n\nIOSH Managing Safely\n\nNRSWA Unit LA, S2\n\nHold a Full UK Driving Licence\n\nWhat we offer:\n\nA career at Telent can span many sectors, roles, technologies and clients giving you the opportunity to develop, learn new skills and make an impact.
