Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 + Performance Bonus

The Role

We are hiring a Deployment Operations Assistant to support structured execution across:

• CRM pipeline management
• Candidate coordination
• Infrastructure account research
• Deployment tracking

This is not a general administrative role.

This is a performance-driven role.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain disciplined CRM pipelines (HubSpot or similar required)
• Coordinate candidate pre-screens and technical interviews
• Tag and track candidate qualifications and availability
• Research infrastructure facilities and decision-makers
• Monitor hiring signals and job postings
• Maintain outbound and follow-up discipline
• Support onboarding and compliance workflows
• Produce structured weekly operational reports

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years experience in recruiting coordination, staffing operations, workforce support, or program coordination
• Daily CRM usage experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage structured workflows independently
• Strong documentation and follow-through discipline
• Arizona-based (hybrid )
