Gravity is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale technology deployment projects in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
\n
\n
This is a high-impact role supporting complex infrastructure and technology modernization initiatives. The Project Manager will help lead multiple concurrent project scopes, ensuring work stays on schedule, within budget, and aligned across technical teams, vendors, logistics, and business stakeholders.
\n
\n
This is not a traditional desk-based PM role. The right candidate will be comfortable operating in high-pressure, changing environments where priorities shift quickly, timelines are critical, and clear communication is required.

Responsibilities:
\n

- Manage multiple concurrent project scopes during large-scale technology deployments
- Coordinate across technical teams, vendors, logistics teams, field teams, project managers, and business stakeholders
- Support technology projects involving network upgrades, infrastructure modernization, data center refreshes, CCTV/security systems, application deployments, hardware rollouts, and related technology initiatives
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and delivery timelines
- Support project startup, execution, punch list, and closeout activities
- Communicate clearly with leadership when priorities, timelines, budgets, or project conditions change
- Travel for deployment assignments as needed, potentially several weeks at a time

Required Experience:
\n
- \n
- 7–10+ years of project/program management experience
- Experience managing 7+ concurrent scopes or workstreams
- Experience managing large project budgets, ideally $5M+
- Background in infrastructure, hardware, network, data center, construction, logistics, field deployment, or other physical technology deployment environments
- Strong vendor management, stakeholder communication, risk management, and project tracking experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with limited handholding
- Must be able to work onsite in Miramar, FL Monday–Thursday
- Must be open to travel assignments that may last several weeks at a time

Ideal Candidate:
\n
The ideal candidate is a seasoned PM who has owned complex, multi-scope deployments and can stay organized when plans change. This person should be direct, proactive, accountable, comfortable escalating issues, and able to manage vendors, technical teams, budgets, and timelines in a demanding project environment.
