Engineering Position for MEP Facilities Engineer or Designer

Architectural Engineering graduate; or Mechanical or Electrical graduate with demonstrated experience and interest in Facilities design, AEC area of work. Looking for high performing, professionally minded employee. Great Opportunity for advancement and experience in a wide range of commercial projects.

Employee will work start to finish on engineered MEP systems plan sets for permit and construction. This will be followed up, supporting the project with bid and construction administration work on most projects. Types and sizes of projects as well as level of work will depend on experience and ability. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is very helpful. Other Engineering software experience like Carrier HAP and SKM Power Tools is relevant. Knowledge of the Building Codes, specifically IMC, UPC and NEC needed.

Minimum Employment Requirements:

1. EIT Certificate

2. Bachelor’s Degree

3. Relative Industry Experience

Compensation Depends on Experience Up to $125,000/ year (62.50 / hour).

We are a single site firm with in-office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F.
