Design Manager or Assistant Design Manager - Data Centre Project\n(Previous Data Centre experience not essential).\nCOMPANY:\nMy client is a leading Tier 1 building main contractor, with a busy and fast-growing workload.\nAs a result of securing further new projects, this employer is looking to recruit a Design Manager or Assistant Design Manager to support a Senior Design Manager on a multi-million-pound Data Centre project.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nTo be considered for this Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria:\n- Knowledge of Building Sector.\n- Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager.\n-Architecture or Design Engineering backgrounds also considered.\n- Ideally previous Main Contractor employment, but also open to consider candidates moving across from Architects or Design Consultancies.\n- High level of communication skills.\n- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).\nREMUNERATION:\nThe successful Design Manager will receive:\n*Competitive Basic (Dependant on experience)\n*Car Allowance\n*Pension\nTo be considered for this vacancy or to find out more information please apply now.\nServices advertised by Talk Recruitment are that of an employment business and/or agency.\nIf you have not had a reply on your application within 5 working days, please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion
