Development Manager - Data Centres
Job Description
CSG are currently partnered with a leading global data centre operator, who are seeking a Development Manager for projects based in Germany.
As Development Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Lead development projects from concept to handover across EMEA markets, reporting to leadership.
- Coordinate with consultants/contractors to manage risks, constraints, and site assessments.
- Support expansion by identifying new locations and evaluating site options.
- Drive site selection, due diligence, permitting, and energy procurement.
- Contribute to sustainability, efficiency, RFP responses, and financial analysis.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure integration and alignment.
To be considered for the position of Development Manager, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- 5 years' experience within a mission critical environment.
- Proven track record of expanding an organisational portfolio into new markets.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in German & English
