• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in data centers or large engineering labs.
• Familiarity with source control systems such as Git or Perforce.
• Proficiency with DCIM tools (e.g., Nautobot) and scripting/automation using shell, Python, or Ansible.
• Working knowledge of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, SSL).
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Hands-on experience with OpenStack.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or equivalent.
• Strong background in Windows and Linux administration and an understanding of dense data center design (compute, storage, and networking).
