Job DescriptionA leading digital construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Digital Construction Manager, for a hybrid role based out of London, paying up to £75,000 + benefits.
As a Digital Construction Manager, you will support major projects across data centres, infrastructure, aviation, energy, buildings and other complex sectors. This role is ideal for someone who understands Information Management as a strategic business process, and who can operate confidently between client-side digital requirements and contractor-side technical delivery.
This construction consultancy works on large-scale programmes across Europe and are seeking a technically strong practitioner with hands-on modelling experience, deep BIM knowledge, and advanced understanding of ISO 19650 workflows.
About the Role
The Digital Construction Manager will be responsible for leading information management processes, supporting 3D and 4D model development, and ensuring robust data governance across multiple construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring data is structured, searchable and compliant with international BIM standards, while maintaining direct involvement in model authoring, coordination and production.
This is a delivery focused role that combines technical BIM expertise, strategic information planning, and digital project management.
Key Responsibilities

- \nInformation Management: Define and manage the end-to-end information lifecycle from Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR) through to As-Built handover.
- \nData Governance: Establish and audit BIM data schemas (COBie, IFC), ensuring all project information is structured, consistent and machine-readable.
- \n3D Modelling & Coordination: Troubleshoot complex Revit models, develop parametric content, and lead model quality assurance across disciplines.
- \n4D Model Integration: Combine 3D geometry with project schedules using tools such as Synchro, Fuzor or Navisworks Timeliner to identify clashes, optimise logistics, and support construction planning.
- \nClient & Contractor Interface: Translate high-level client digital requirements into practical, buildable workflows for design and site teams.
- \nCommon Data Environment (CDE) Management: Oversee CDE platforms (ACC/BIM 360), ensuring correct status coding, revision control, permissions, and security across stakeholders.

Requirements

- \nAdvanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks with hands-on model authorship experience.
- Deep understanding of BIM data structures, including how information is defined, managed and validated.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 standards within both pre-construction and construction phases.
- Experience delivering 4D planning through Synchro, Fuzor or Navisworks Timeliner.
- Ability to resolve multidisciplinary model conflicts and troubleshoot complex geometry.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently with clients, designers and contractors.
