Digital Infrastructure Trainer |£35,000 - £38,000 | Cardiff / Swansea (Hybrid) | PermanentA well-established, award-recognised digital training provider in Wales is looking for a Digital Infrastructure Trainer to join their team on a permanent basis — bringing delivery experience, technical credibility, and the ability to support and lead a small team of trainers.This isn't a pure delivery role. Alongside managing your own caseload of apprentices on Digital Infrastructure programmes, you'll take responsibility for two permanent trainers and act as a point of contact and quality support for a pool of freelance trainers. If you're someone who enjoys mentoring others as much as you do working with learners, this is a role worth looking at.The provider is Welsh Government-funded, delivers primarily to Welsh employers, and is consistently recognised as one of the top-performing providers in their consortium.
