Brix Holdings is seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing to own digital channel performance across a portfolio of restaurant brands with shared digital infrastructure. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with real ownership. You will manage brand websites, off-premise channels, app-based promotions, and the marketing technology platforms that connect them.

This role sits within the Brand Strategy team. You will work closely with the Brand Engagement team on campaign activation and with IT on platform infrastructure, operating as the digital marketing authority across both relationships.

What You’ll Do

App, Promotions and Digital Ecosystem

•          Build and manage promotional offers, wallet drops, and push notifications within the app and online ordering platform, ensuring every activation is accurate, on-brand, and timed correctly.

•          Own the connectivity of the digital ecosystem, making sure social platforms, the app, online ordering, and third-party delivery platforms are integrated, current, and consistent across all brands.

•          Monitor the digital guest experience across all touchpoints, flagging and resolving inconsistencies quickly.

•          Partner with IT on platform integrations and technical setup, providing marketing requirements and validating the output.

Platform and Channel Management

•          Own the marketing configuration and performance of the online ordering and guest CRM platform, including the ordering experience, loyalty program support, and audience segmentation.

•          Manage brand websites including content updates and UX improvements, coordinating with IT or agency partners on development needs.

•          Own the digital off-premise guest experience across brand websites, online ordering, and third-party delivery platforms, ensuring menus, promotions, and pricing are accurate and conversion-optimized.

•          Ensure all digital channels are set up and ready for each promotional initiative before it launches, coordinating with Brand Engagement on activation needs.

•          Manage the local digital presence platform across all franchise locations, ensuring content is publishing on schedule, listings are accurate and current, and reviews are being monitored across all markets.

 

 

Reporting and Analytics

•          Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking online ordering, local marketing, and website results across the brand portfolio.

•          Own campaign tracking and performance attribution, connecting digital activity to measurable guest and revenue outcomes.

•          Deliver regular performance summaries to the Director of Brand Strategy with clear assessments and concrete next steps.

 

What You Bring

•          Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

•          3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a track record of managing digital channels and delivering measurable results.

•          Experience in restaurant, foodservice, or multi-location consumer brands strongly .

•          Working knowledge of paid media and digital advertising, with the ability to provide informed direction and review performance across channels.

•          Comfortable with web analytics, content management systems, app-based marketing platforms, and reporting tools.

•          Experience with online ordering platforms, guest CRM, and multi-location marketing tools in a restaurant or franchise context is a strong plus.

•          Detail-oriented and precise, collaborative and clear, self-directed and dependable.
