Essential Job Functions:
- Attain sales and revenue targets for an account module of newly qualified prospects and signed MSA customers who require business development to acquire new PO's
- Maintain Site Tracker to capture customer opportunities at a program level, proper sales stage, and quarterly revenue projections
- Execute a business development cadence to ensure SQUAN is top of mind with new prospects as well as existing customers and to advance the sales process through virtual meetings, face-to-face meetings, follow-up calls, and ongoing communication.
- Build cross-functional internal relationships of operational, engineering, and construction leaders to enlist support for business development activity as well as execution of customer projects.
- Attend trade shows and internal meetings required to meet customers and to inform the business of the status of the account module

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, partnerships, or customer-facing operational roles within the telecom industry.
- Demonstrate a history of previous deals with senior contacts in the ISP, Middle Mile, and Long-Haul space that resulted in 5M to 50M in annual revenue.
- Experience developing business with wireless operators, tower companies, and data centers is a plus.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and executing complex deals.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, industry trends, and regulatory environments.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, operations, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with M&A, joint ventures, or other strategic initiatives is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time or more as needed by the customer.
