Director of Construction

$135K–$165K Base + Bonus (up to 100% of salary)

Join a fast-growing, specialized construction firm supporting mission-critical data centers. As Director of Construction, you will partner directly with the Owner to lead operations, drive execution, and scale the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction operations (field + office)

• Own division P&L and project profitability

• Manage subcontractors, estimating, and project execution

• Develop systems, processes, and scalable labor strategies

Work Scope

• Data center security caging

• Cold/hot aisle containment

• Conveyance installations

Qualifications

• 10+ years construction management experience

• Data center or mission-critical experience

• Proven P&L ownership

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Systems-minded; EOS/Traction experience a plus

• Willing to travel 50%+
