We're Hiring: Cost Management Director (m/f/d)
Location: Frankfurt - Germany | Sector: Construction & Infrastructure
Full-time | Senior Leadership Role | Global Consultancy Client
We’re working on behalf of a world-renowned professional services firm to find an exceptional Cost Management Director to lead complex construction projects across Germany.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll drive commercial success, lead cost management teams, and shape the delivery of major programmes in real estate, infrastructure, energy, and natural resources.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead pre- and post-contract cost management on large-scale projects
- Manage procurement, tendering, and contract documentation
- Deliver monthly cost reports and final account settlements
- Drive value engineering and change control processes
- Build strong client relationships and lead stakeholder engagement
- Mentor teams and identify opportunities for business growth
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years’ experience in cost management, ideally on complex construction projects
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Strong technical knowledge across MEP, civils, and architectural systems
- Fluent English required; German skills
- Experience in the German construction industry is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
