The Brand & Creative team is CoreWeave’s internal creative engine, driving how the world sees and feels our brand. We define, articulate, and scale how millions connect with CoreWeave as the essential AI cloud provider, translating complex innovation into stories that inspire belief and action. As a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, illustrators, animators, and producers, we blend strategy, creativity, and craft to create ideas with impact.
About the role:
As Head of Production, you will drive the creative ambition of our work and ensure the seamless execution of high-quality, innovative content across platforms. A key leader on the team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to elevate the brand at every touchpoint and deliver world-class creative experiences. This role requires a builder and operator who can create best-in-class production processes, foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, and bring deep expertise and passion for creative production. The ideal candidate is adaptive, solutions-oriented, and highly organized—able to deliver exceptional work on time in a fast-paced environment.
Who You Are:
- A strong, independent thinker and leader with a proven track record of delivering ambitious work on time and within budget
- Deep production expertise across film, photo, OOH, digital, social, and events, with the ability to scale ideas across every channel
- Skilled at building trust and consensus with stakeholders at all levels, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Media, and Brand & Creative teams
- Expert in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and negotiation, with experience delivering exceptional work across a wide range of budgets—from $25K shoots to multimillion-dollar global campaigns
- Proven success in live action, photography, digital projects, activations, and events, including talent, contract, and licensing management
- Thrives in fast-paced, global environments; able to provide clarity amid ambiguity and solve problems with creativity and energy
- Pushes storytelling to new creative boundaries with a deep love of craft and innovation
- The consummate player and coach—an inspiring mentor who also loves to roll up their sleeves and execute
- Bias for action—bold, courageous, and decisive in driving projects forward
- Builder mentality, with a track record of creating processes, teams, and capabilities from the ground up
- Skilled context switcher, able to keep multiple high-stakes projects aligned and moving forward simultaneously
Preferred:
- 15+ years of creative production experience (project-based and management) within a creative agency and/or internal B2B / Tech brand marketing team
- Demonstrated taste and craft across production work, supported by a strong portfolio
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance objectives, brand standards, and high-quality creative within set budgets and timelines
- Direct experience managing local and remote design, production, and product marketing teams
- Established relationships with external production partners locally and globally
- Excellent contract and budget negotiation skills with clients, peers, and partners
- Superior leadership, collaboration, and communication abilities
- Familiarity and affinity with Atlassian products and brand
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
