We are seeking a Director of Delivery to lead the execution of large-scale data center infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving field performance, ensuring successful project delivery, and building strong relationships with hyperscale clients and owner-operators.

You will translate strategic direction into actionable field execution plans while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance across all active projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead field delivery teams on complex, mission-critical data center programs
  • Oversee hands-on, field-based execution across construction and commissioning activities
  • Ensure alignment of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and construction delivery from start through turnover
  • Manage coordination of critical infrastructure including PDUs, switchgear, HVAC systems, chillers, and boilers
  • Drive project performance to meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with hyperscalers and owner-operators
  • Mentor and develop field leadership teams to strengthen accountability and execution
  • Continuously improve delivery methods and field performance standards

What You Bring

  • Hands-on data center management experience in a Superintendent, Commissioning Manager, or similar field leadership role
  • Strong background in MEP systems, commissioning, and construction execution
  • Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical construction in mission-critical environments
  • Working knowledge of data center critical infrastructure (PDUs, electrical distribution, HVAC, chillers, boilers, switchgear)
  • Proven ability to lead field teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • PMP certification , or equivalent field leadership experience
  • Mechanical Superintendent, Project Coordinator, or similar construction leadership background

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to walk, stand, climb, bend, and work in active construction environments for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable working in outdoor conditions, uneven terrain, and active job sites
  • Must wear required PPE at all times
  • Ability to read drawings, specifications, and safety documentation

Work Environment

Work is performed on active construction sites, including partially completed data center facilities, field offices, and staging areas. Conditions may include uneven surfaces, exposure to weather, noise, and construction activity typical of mission-critical builds.
