Director of Enterprise Sales. Full-time onsite role in Milpitas, CA. Lead enterprise and data center sales efforts in the U.S. and Europe. Requires a strong mix of sales leadership, account management, enterprise/hyperscale ecosystem experience, and NAND storage solutions expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, revenue targets, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.

- Expand market share and achieve revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners.

- Negotiate partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.

- Build long-term executive customer relationships, understand needs, align product roadmaps, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to adjust sales/product strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven sales/business development track record in NAND memory and storage, especially controller and SSD for enterprise/data center.

- Strong understanding of NAND, storage, and semiconductor technology, ecosystems, and trends.

- Senior leadership experience in sales/business development.

- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic, results-driven mindset.

- Ability to work with marketing, business development, engineering, and sales teams.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA .

- 10+ years of sales management experience.

Required Skills/ Certifications:

- NAND, storage, and semiconductor technology.

- Candidate details: 10+ to 15 years experience,

- Director level experience

- Master's Degree

- Proven sales/business development in NAND memory and storage sector, especially controller and SSD.
