Position Overview

The Director of IT will serve as a key member of the SNA leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s long-term technology strategy as we continue to scale and integrate newly acquired companies. This executive role is preferably based at SNA’s New York headquarters, though candidates may also work remotely with regular travel to HQ and key operational sites to ensure close collaboration, visibility, and alignment with field operations.

Reporting directly to the CEO, SNA, the Director of IT will lead initiatives that strengthen SNA’s digital infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, enterprise systems, and data integrity across all business units. The role requires a leader who can balance strategic planning with the ability to remain hands-on, guiding technology modernization efforts, supporting day-to-day operations, and partnering closely with the Scutum Group CIO in Paris and global technology teams.

In addition to the above, the following are the duties and responsibilities of the Director of IT:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • ERP Program Leadership:
    • Lead the deployment of a unified ERP, CRM, and operations platform across all subsidiaries. This is the CIO’s top priority and a cornerstone of the company’s transformation strategy
  • Subsidiary Collaboration:
    • Work closely with local subsidiary leaders and teams to ensure alignment on global programs (ERP, CRM, operations) and support local initiatives specific to each market.
  • Cybersecurity Oversight:
    • Own and execute the group-wide cybersecurity strategy, including risk management, incident response, and regulatory compliance.
  • Onboarding Scope for New Acquisitions:
    • Oversee the integration of newly acquired entities by:
      • Migrating email and document platforms,
      • Unifying social media and web presence,
      • Updating policies and procedures to align with and global standards.
  • IT Strategy & Governance:
    • Develop and implement a scalable IT roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring agility, performance, and compliance.
  • Infrastructure & Systems Management:
    • Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of all IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Digital Transformation & Innovation:
    • Drive digital initiatives that enhance customer experience, data-driven decision-making, and operational efficiency.
  • Executive Collaboration:
    • Partner with senior leadership to identify technology opportunities and align IT investments with strategic goal.
  • Budget & Vendor Management:
    • Oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as CIO or in a senior IT leadership role within a multi-site or international organization.
  • Strong expertise in ERP and CRM implementation across complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise risk management.
  • Experience in onboarding and integrating newly acquired companies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms, data analytics, and AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
  • Ability to manage remote teams and coordinate across geographies.
