Director of Preconstruction

Job Description

Many of the top commercial construction companies in the state of Texas have chosen to partner with MCGI. We have two clients in DFW looking for a Director of Preconstruction/ Chief Estimators over their commercial construction divisions.

We also have additional opportunities in the Houston, Dallas- Fort Worth and San Antonio areas for Senior/Chief Estimators and have a need for an MEP Estimator that is strong in Electrical or Mechanical.

Estimators will work in the some or all of the following sectors: Healthcare, Institutional, Class A Office, High Rise, Multi Family, Life Sciences, Hospitality, Hotel, Data Centers, , Correctional facilities, Aviation, Sports, Retail, Mixed-use, Parking and Garage, High End Interiors, Civic and Government, Residential, Tilt Wall, Structural, Higher Education, K-12, High Rise and many others.
