Director of Preconstruction – Data Centers

I’m supporting a rapidly growing US data center developer and operator looking to appoint a Director of Preconstruction as they continue to build out a significant pipeline of large-scale digital infrastructure projects.
\n
\n
This is a hands-on role with ownership of projects from development through to construction readiness, covering:
\n
• Project planning, budgets & schedules
\n
• Constructability & delivery strategy
\n
• Procurement and long-lead equipment
\n
• GC / subcontractor engagement
\n
• Design, engineering & permitting coordination
\n
• Transition into construction
\n
\n
Looking for 5–10 years’ experience within data center / mission-critical construction and, importantly, someone who has personally owned projects through preconstruction.
\n
\n
