the companies product managers, directing the companies product portfolio strategies. Implement successful strategies and policies that make the company more productive and efficient while meeting

aggressive sales/margin goals.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree inn business or other relevant major, coupled with 10+ years of experience in product management for a electronics distributor, along with experience in managing and mentoring a team of Product line managers, associate product mangers and product

specialists. Specific experience with connectors/components for the Mil-Aero industry .
