Company Description:

Our Client is an industrial-scale data center construction and operations company. They allocate data center opportunities between bitcoin mining and other high performance computing services, such as AI. They continue to develop their pipeline of power capacity at high-quality data center sites, either for bitcoin mining or HPC.

\n

\n

Our client is seeking a highly hands-on Security Director with deep expertise in Security Operations (SecOps) and Incident Response (IR).

\n

\n

This is a hands on operational leadership role requiring someone who actively leads security operations, incident command, and response activitiesnot solely a strategic or governance-focused leader.

\n

\n

The environment is a data center build supporting Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS), with a strong focus on evolving toward government-grade security controls.

\n

Candidates must have proven experience directing incident response at scale within critical infrastructure or OT environments.

\n

\n

Required Experience:

\n

    \n
  • Hands-on leadership of Security Operations Center (SOC) and Incident Response (IR) functions.
  • \n

  • Demonstrated incident command experience managing large-scale, high-impact cybersecurity incidents.
  • \n

  • Strong day-to-day operational Security Operations (SecOps) leadership.
  • \n

  • Direct experience securing Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), or datacenter environments (OT experience is required).
  • \n

  • Experience supporting or implementing government-grade security frameworks, controls, and compliance requirements.
  • \n

  • Proven background protecting critical infrastructure environments with a strong focus on operational resilience and cyber defense.
