FourFound is partnered with a leading global Data Center owner & operator looking to appoint a Director, Tax in Dallas.

Reporting to the VP, Tax, this is a senior role with broad ownership across REIT Tax, Corporate & Partnership Tax, Tax Provision and Transactional activity.

Key Responsibilities:

- \n
- Lead Federal, State & Partnership Tax compliance
- Oversee quarterly & annual REIT testing
- Own Tax Provision / ASC 740
- Support M&A, acquisitions & divestitures from a Tax perspective
- Oversee International Tax, VAT & Transfer Pricing
- Lead Tax Audits & manage external advisors
- Manage & develop the wider Tax team

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years Tax experience
- Strong REIT / Real Estate Tax background
- Big 4 + in-house experience
- Strong ASC 740 / Tax Provision experience
- Corporate & Partnership Tax expertise
- International Tax exposure advantageous
- CPA advantageous
