About the Role

Execute and provide technical support for divisional quality initiatives, projects, and KPIs defined by the Divisional Quality Manager, ensuring their effective implementation across plants. Work closely with local quality teams to strengthen the culture of continuous improvement, reduce defects, and ensure compliance with established quality standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute improvement initiatives and projects defined by the Divisional Quality Manager at the plant level.
  • Implement quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis, ensuring consistent application across sites.
  • Support local quality teams in the implementation, monitoring, and follow-up of divisional-defined KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and proper interpretation.
  • Provide technical support for data analysis, identification of improvement opportunities, and execution of corrective or preventive actions.
  • Actively participate in customer complaint investigations, leading or assisting with root cause analyses and verifying action effectiveness.
  • Execute continuous improvement and waste reduction projects, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ensure proper documentation, control, and traceability of all quality-related processes implemented in the plants.
  • Promote compliance with divisional quality standards and best practices.

Additional Expectations

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality or continuous improvement within manufacturing.
  • Experience executing corporate or divisional quality initiatives and supporting plant-level implementation.
  • experience in process standardization and cross-plant quality support.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality tools: FMEA, PPAP, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Control Plan.
  • Experience with statistical and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards ().
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification required or highly .
  • Strong execution mindset, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with multiple plant teams.
  • Results-driven and proactive problem solver.
