The Role

\n

Run our Mud Cat hydraulic auger dredge — pulling sludge, sand, and accumulated solids out of pits, ponds, lagoons, and impoundments and pumping them to dewatering/treatment equipment. Clean, safe, and at a production rate that keeps the job profitable.

\n

\n

We work produced water and frac pits, process and wastewater lagoons, settling basins, and impoundments across energy, industrial, and municipal sites. This is an auger dredge — parallel, measured cuts and a flat, even bottom. If you've only run a cutterhead or hanging-pump dredge, know the difference before applying.

\n

\n

What You'll Own

\n

Run disciplined cut patterns and hold solids concentration for production

\n

Lay and maintain discharge pipeline, run booster pumps, clear plugs safely

\n

Rig equipment in/out, assess the basin, set anchoring and access

\n

Perform daily maintenance and troubleshoot hydraulic/mechanical/electrical issues

\n

Monitor atmosphere (H2S, LEL, O2) and follow safety/compliance protocols

\n

\n

What You Bring

\n

✅ 2+ years operating a hydraulic dredge (auger , cutterhead considered)

\n

✅ Strong mechanical aptitude — you'll be alone with this machine on-site

\n

✅ Pump and pipeline knowledge (head, friction loss, velocity)

\n

✅ Valid driver's license, clean MVR (CDL w/ tanker endorsement a plus)

\n

✅ Ability to pass background/drug screening and obtain site credentials

\n

✅ Physically able to handle hose/pipeline work outdoors in West Texas conditions

\n

✅ Willingness to travel and work extended hours on active projects

\n

\n

Nice to Have

\n

Mud Cat experience, oilfield/industrial wastewater dredging, radio-remote H2S operation, dewatering experience (geotextile bags, centrifuges), H2S/OSHA/HAZWOPER certs.

\n

\n

Compensation

\n

$25–$35/hr DOE + per diem on out-of-town work

\n

Company truck/vehicle allowance for qualified operators

\n

Training and certifications paid by the company

\n

\n
