Earnings and Hours

Base compensation sits at $28.00 per hour, escalating to premium rates when weekly hours surpass the 40-hour mark. Weekly earnings of $1,120 to $1,135 per week. Healthcare package covering medical services, dental work, and vision care launches on day one. Departure times cluster around 5:00 AM with shift lengths fluctuating from 6 to 12 hours based on daily workload. Five-day schedules are standard, though weekend coverage happens periodically.

Your Responsibilities

Delivery assistants travel with professional drivers, managing the physical handling of server infrastructure and technology components at both storage facilities and client locations. You'll become proficient with powered material handling gear like electric jacks and rack-moving apparatus designed for heavy loads. Ensuring cargo stability before transport is a critical function. Documentation accuracy for each stop falls under your duties, as does immediate notification to management about route disruptions or safety observations. Much of this work occurs at active building sites requiring constant attention to protective protocols.

Candidate Requirements

Physical capability to manipulate 50-pound loads continuously throughout shifts is mandatory. Specialized driving licenses are not part of this role. Previous employment in distribution centers, relocation services, or cargo handling strengthens applications considerably. Outdoor work in diverse weather patterns is routine, so appropriate preparation is expected. Competence with digital tools and scanning technology supports daily operations.
