EHS Campus Lead | Berlin, Germany | Data Centre

Salter Grange is recruiting an experienced EHS Campus Lead for a major data centre project in Berlin, Germany.

This is a senior opportunity to lead Environmental, Health & Safety across a large-scale data centre campus, working closely with the project leadership team, contractors and client to maintain the highest EHS standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead EHS strategy and delivery across the data centre campus.

* Manage and develop the EHS team and site safety culture.

* Ensure compliance with German legislation, client requirements and project EHS standards.

* Oversee risk assessments, method statements, permits and safe systems of work.

* Lead site inspections, audits, investigations and corrective actions.

* Monitor contractor and subcontractor EHS performance.

* Develop and deliver EHS training, toolbox talks and safety campaigns.

* Track EHS KPIs, trends and performance and provide regular reporting.

* Work closely with Project Directors, Construction Managers and client representatives.

* Drive continuous improvement and ensure all EHS issues are effectively closed out.

Key Requirements

* Proven experience as an EHS Manager, EHS Lead, EHS Campus Lead or similar senior role.

* Strong experience within data centre, mission-critical or major construction projects.

* Experience managing EHS across large-scale construction sites or campuses.

* Strong knowledge of construction Health & Safety legislation and best practice.

* Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary EHS teams.

* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong incident investigation, auditing and risk management experience.

* Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, high-pressure project environment.
