•\tPlans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations and Black Box’s Safety Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).

•\tDevelops, implements, and delivers safety and training programs.

•\tInspects facilities to identify existing or potential hazards, recommends corrective measures, and verifies implementation.

•\tMaintains safety documentation including audits, inspections, Pre-Task Plans (PTP), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).

•\tParticipates in accident and injury investigations and supports preparation of materials for hearings, lawsuits, and insurance cases.

•\tExcellent communication, organization, prioritization skills, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

•\tOther duties as necessary.

• 2+ yrs large-scale construction industry

• Data Center/Structured cabling highly

• Develops, implements, and delivers safety and training programs.

• Implementing safety programs

• Inspects facilities and recommends corrective measures to mitigate hazards

• High proficiency in MS Word and Excel

• Maintains safety documentation including audits, inspections, Pre-Task Plans (PTP), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).

• Prepares materials for hearings, lawsuits, and insurance cases.

• Conducts accident and injury investigations

• Required:

• Either and/or

o Bachelor’s degree in an EHS discipline

o BCSP certification such as ASP, CHST, OHST, CSP, SMT, SMS, CET, and/or GSP

certs -

o OSHA Outreach Trainer Certification for OSHA 10/30 Hour

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
