Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Pay Rate: $25.50/hr (up to $27/hr for certified electricians)
Shift Schedule
Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours).
If all 36 hours are worked, pay will be for 40 hours.
Shift Options:
- Mon–Wed: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Thu–Sat: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Overtime may be available depending on production needs.
Role Overview
The Electrical Assembler will be responsible for performing and witnessing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), installations, and start-up activities of prefab modular data centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and witness Factory Acceptance Testing to ensure quality and functionality.
- Complete electrical installations as part of the assembly process.
- Support start-up activities for modular units.
Skill Requirements
This is a skilled position. Candidates should have hands-on experience with tools. backgrounds include:
- HVAC
- Automotive technicians
- Debuggers
- Mechanical or electrical assembly experience
A resume is required.
Testing Requirements:
- Hand-tool test at the branch (must pass).
- On-site assessment during the first week (failure results in assignment ending).
We aim to onboard 16 skilled candidates per week, focusing on talent and relevant experience.
Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Arrive 15 minutes early; late arrivals will not be allowed.
- Final-day assessment must be passed to continue employment.

Failure to follow dress code may result in dismissal from or any workday.
Reminders
- No smoking/vaping/tobacco use anywhere on-site, including in vehicles. Must leave campus to smoke.
- No cell phone use on the production floor.
