They provide tailored solutions in BIM management, engineering, drafting, modeling, reality capture, and project coordination to meet unique project needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical BIM Manager based near Chattanooga, TN. The Electrical BIM Manager will lead the development and coordination of BIM/VDC processes for an electrical subcontractor on a Data Center Project. Responsibilities include establishing and managing BIM workflows, ensuring adherence to project requirements, coordinating with MEP teams, and collaborating with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience on large scale BIM/VDC projects.
• Electrical experience
• Prefabrication a plus!
• Proficiency in Virtual Design tools and methodologies
• Experience coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with diverse teams
• Must work onsite
• 50 hours/week
