Matchtech are working with a key European client to support the resource of an Electrical Commissioning Engineer. This roles is a Permanent role working on high profile projects in Finland. These roles are open to local, EU and UK with suitable experience.

Founded and managed by engineers, they have carved out a significant niche in the highly specialized data centre market across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning.\n\nThese roles operate on a 3-week rotational basis onsite in Finland with attractive benefits. \n\nRequirements\n\nSupervision of Commissioning related tasks for all Electrical Vendors.\nEnsure Compliance with work scope\nMonitor delivery of scope\nCommunication of deadlines and Cx programme Milestones\nSupervision and reporting on Cx Programme and deadline progress\nSupervision of and possible attendance for Electrical Vendor FAT's and FWT's\nExperience working on UPS, Switchgear, Generators, MV and BMS Controls\nOrganise/ Attend and provide input to Daily/ Weekly Cx meetings, Internally and vendors\nForm and update weekly Cx Vendor progress reports for onward submission to Cx management\nCoordinate with Project QAQC Dept to achieve common objectives.\nCoordination with Project AP Dept to achieve common objectives.\nTrack and obtain approval on relevant project Electrical Cx documents such as Test Scripts, Compliance statements etc\nWitnessing of all vendor Cx activities against approved project documentation\nTrack receipt of, review and compliance of project CX documentation to achieve the necessary CX level sign off\nConducting Commissioning Tagging process and procedures.\nConducting of all day to day on site commissioning operations \n\nSkills & Qualifications\n\nRelevant certificates in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or an Electrical Trade with relevant training and experience e.g NVQ\nMinimum of 3+ Years' experience in a similar role within a construction environment with experience in Commercial, Industrial, pharma, data centre type projects is desirable.\nExperience of working on LV/MV or HV systems with commissioning experience.\nElectrical Testing & Verification with min 3 years' experience.\nConstruction experience / understanding required with safety experience.\nSolves problems analytically and acts decisively\nProcess driven candidate and focus on EHS and Quality Work Management Systems and Processes is desirable \n\nBenefits\n\nWork for a market leader delivering turnkey data centre projects\nCollaborative working environment\nSupportive career and fast-track development\nCompetitive salaries and a rotational roster
