Salary: £65,000 - £80,000

Project Overview

New build data centre project with a large on-site workforce (circa 300 operatives). Fast-paced environment requiring strong coordination and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Manage electrical construction activities on site
Oversee Health & Safety and ensure compliance
Maintain high-quality standards across all works
Lead short-term (look-ahead) planning
Order and manage materials and plant
Manage and coordinate subcontract packagesRequirements

Proven experience in electrical construction management
Experience on large-scale M&E or infrastructure projects
Data centre experience preferred
Strong organisational and leadership skills
High attention to detail and quality standards
