Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join our team, working on a 3&1 or 10&4 rotation on major Data Centre projects across Europe. In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing all phases of the construction lifecycle, from planning and execution to final project close-out. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of project construction from mobilisation through to completion and handover
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and implementation plans, ensuring alignment with contract requirements
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and resourcing in collaboration with site supervisors and support functions
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards
- Monitor progress and performance using appropriate tools, and report regularly to senior management and the client
- Proactively identify risks and manage mitigation plans to prevent disruption to the construction programme
- Coordinate with internal functions including EHSQ, HR, and Procurement to ensure compliance and smooth execution on-site
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members and subcontractors; ensure workforce is trained, supported, and performing effectively
- Manage and resolve site-level issues, conflicts, and performance challenges as they arise
- Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures are always adhered to
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders through regular meetings, updates, and report
- Lead final project evaluation including close-out reporting and lessons learned to support continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as required to support the successful delivery of the construction project
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing electrical construction works, preferably in mission-critical or data centre environments
- Strong knowledge of MV/LV electrical systems, containment, cable installation, and commissioning activities
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors in a high-performance setting
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under tight deadlines
- Deep understanding of construction health and safety standards and regulations
- Fluent in English (minimum C2 level), both written and spoken
- EU citizenship or unrestricted visa-free travel within the EU
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools
