What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead electrical construction projects from precon through commissioning

• Manage installation of:

  • Medium & low voltage distribution

  • Substations, switchgear, and UPS systems

  • Emergency power and grounding systems

• Drive schedule, budget, and subcontractor performance

• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and field teams across disciplines

• Oversee tool install, facility upgrades, and fast-track construction sequencing

• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and high-spec industrial standards

• Support commissioning, startup, and system turnover

What We’re Looking For

8–15+ years in electrical construction project management
Experience in one or more of the following:

• Industrial construction

• Data centers / mission-critical

• Manufacturing facilities

• Power distribution / utilities

• Semiconductor or cleanroom environments (, NOT required)

Strong knowledge of:

• MV/LV systems, substations, switchgear

• Electrical infrastructure in complex facilities

Experience with:

• Project scheduling (P6 )

• Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)

• Semiconductor / cleanroom projects

• PMP, PE, or related certifications

• Large-scale fast-track or multi-phase builds
