Job Title: Electrical Contracts Manager\nLocation: London (Commercial, Industrial & Data Centre Projects)\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\nSalary: Competitive + Package (DOE)\n\nHenley Recruitment are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial, industrial, and data centre projects across London. This is a senior leadership role responsible for quality assurance, project management oversight, and strategic resource planning to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Implement and maintain robust QA systems across all projects\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and client specifications\n\n * \n\n Conduct regular audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives\n\n * \n\n Monitor performance, programme delivery, and financial control\n\n * \n\n Provide strategic direction to ensure successful project outcomes\n\n * Lead, mentor, and support a team of Project Managers\n\n * \n\n Forecast labour requirements in line with project programmes\n\n * \n\n Plan and manage plant and equipment allocation\n\n * \n\n Oversee multiple electrical contracts across commercial, industrial, and data centre sectors\n\n * \n\n Ensure adherence to health & safety standards\n\n * \n\n Manage client relationships and attend progress meetings\n\n * \n\n Support tendering and pre-construction activities where required\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within the electrical contracting sector\n\n * \n\n Strong background in commercial, industrial, and/or data centre projects\n\n * \n\n Excellent leadership and team management skills\n\n * \n\n Strong financial and commercial awareness\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n\n * \n\n In-depth knowledge of current electrical regulations and health & safety legislation\n\n * \n\n Strong planning and forecasting capability\n\n * \n\n Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, HNC/HND or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n SMSTS or equivalent health & safety certification\n\nHow to Apply:\nIf you are an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
